Fee Arrangements

Most of my consumer cases are done on a contingency fee basis. This means that you owe an attorney's fee only if I recover money for you.

Though the precise terms of my fee arrangements vary from case to case, all fee agreements are in writing; and the client is always given the time and help needed to understand precisely what he or she is agreeing to.
